The registration fee of 700 (seven hundred) US dollars, including VAT, an equivalent amount in roubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment can be paid in cash upon arrival to the cash desk of the Secretariat of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS Member Nations. In this case natural persons will be levied with 5 % sales tax in accordance with the Federal Legal Act ? 150-FZ of 31.07.98 and the Saint Petersburg Legal Act 'On the Sales Tax' ? 906-114 of 26.12.01.

The amount of the registration fee for the congress participants from the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrghyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ukraine is 500 (five hundred) US dollars, including VAT, or an equivalent amount in roubles at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the date of money transfer.

The registration fee covers transportation of the participant from Saint Petersburg Pulkovo airport or Moskovsky railway terminal to the hotel during the period from 9:00 on 20 April till 10:00 on 21 April and back on the date of departure, as well as transportation within the framework of the official programme. Besides the participant of the congress is invited to the official reception, lunches and coffee breaks; the participant will be provided with printed information materials about the work of the congress, opportunity of use the information system, use the Internet, and an extensive cultural programme is offered.

Congress holding place - Tavricheskiy Palace - is one of the most beautiful buildings in Saint Petersburg. Upon prior requests the necessary facilities for business meetings and negotiations will be provided to the participants of the congress.

The agreement is considered executed upon payment of the registration fee and completion of the registration form of the international congress participant.
